Nasal and sphenoid tumor removed. Bilateral cavernous sinus exposed and posterior clinoid and dorsum sella removed. Clivus dura along with paraclival carotids exposed. Periosteal layers of clival dura removed. Petrosal process drilled on the right. Lingula removed on the right. Petrous apex and jugular tubercle drilled bilaterally. Tumor extending into bilateral pterygopalatine fossae removed. Basophayrngeal extension removed at the level of eustacian tubes.
