V077: ENDOSCOPIC CRANIOFACIAL RESECTION OF OLFACTORY NEUROBLASTOMA WITH MINI-OPEN PERICRANIAL FLAP RECONSTRUCTION
Rijul Kshirsagar, MD; Giyarpuram Prashant, MD; Kaiser Permanente Redwood City Medical Center
79-year-old male presented with 9 months of nasal obstruction and anosmia. Evaluation revealed a pulsatile, lobulated mass involving both nasal cavities, extending into the anterior cranial fossa. Biopsy confirmed olfactory neuroblastoma (T4aN0M0 staging). The patient underwent endoscopic craniofacial resection with mini-open tunneled pericranial flap and bilayer fascia lata graft reconstruction. Post-operative course was uneventful, with all margins negative. This video highlights the surgical nuances of this versatile skull base reconstruction technique.
