Schwannomas of the trigeminal nerve may arise anywhere from the cisternal to extradural segments of the nerve, and that location impacts their radiographic appearance and compartments of extension. Here we present an extradural trigeminal schwannoma with erosion of the middle fossa floor and extension into the infratemporal fossa in a 62 year-old male who presented with conductive hearing loss due to eustachian tube dysfunction.
