This case demonstrates the endoscopic revision resection of a left frontoethmoidal osteoma as well as de-cranialization of frontal sinuses from prior surgery; there are few demonstrations of endoscopic takedown of frontal sinus cranialization. The patient is a 23 year old female who presented with a complicated frontal sinus infection. History was significant for a large frontoethmoidal osteoma four years prior for which she had a bicoronal frontal craniotomy with bilateral frontal sinus cranialization.
