En-block resection of a large solid hemangioblastoma with multiple arterial feeders from PICA, AICA, and SCA. Expanded retrosigmoid craniotomy was performed, extending from the transverse sinus to the foramen magnum, including the mastoid to expose the jugular foramen. The tumor extended from the foramen magnum though the hypoglossal canal, jugular foramen, internal auditory canal, up to the tentorium, severely compressing posterior fossa cranial nerves. Extensive dissection via subtonsillar, cerebellopontine angle, and supracerebellar approaches was required.
