This session will explore the surgical options for management of anterior fossa meningiomas including transcranial and endoscopic endonasal approaches. It is intended for anterior skull base surgeons.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:

• Articulate the transcranial and endoscopic endonasal approaches to anterior fossa meningiomas.
• Develop a treatment strategy for individual anterior fossa meningiomas based upon imaging findings.
• Recognize the clinical factors involved in surgical decision making for anterior fossa meningiomas.
