The `Debates` session will feature a panel discussion covering key themes in pituitary pathology, including challenges in managing persistent Cushing`s and acromegaly, complexities of giant pituitary adenomas, and insights into Rathke cleft cysts. Objectives

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:

• Differentiate treatment approaches and outcomes for persistent Cushing, giant pituitary adenoma with multi compartment involvement, and Rathke cleft cysts.
• Evaluate and prioritize surgical interventions for cases of acromegaly or Cushing with medial wall invasion, considering the potential risks and benefits to optimize patient outcomes.
• Formulate evidence-based strategies for managing recurrent Cushing and persistent acromegaly cases, integrating the latest advancements in treatment options and patient care.
