Fellowship Program Description:	State-of-the-art Technology: OHSU employs state of the art techniques during the management of all patients with skull base and cerebrovascular disease. In addition to routine technologies such as high-resolution computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and conventional multi-planar angiography, OHSU utilizes intraoperative MRI, endoscopy, advanced brain mapping and neuromonitoring, advanced MRI imaging, and interventional neuroradiological procedures including transarterial embolization (to decrease tumor vascularity) and carotid balloon test occlusion.
